  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
